and Global Talent Management groups focus on cultural and organizational
shifts employees are asked to embrace. By creating visual models and
presentations that explain the big picture, my clients are able to communicate
what’s happening within the company and what employees can expect.
My role on some of these efforts goes beyond working with existing information,
and includes brainstorming and consulting about the situations at hand, about
hammering out the details of what my clients want to accomplish.
